New Executable Versions

We have started putting together a zip version with an EXE instead of the Jar to allow for easier end use. The EXE is assembled using jSmooth, and will help the user find the necessary JRE if they do not have one. The next task is to integrate the default skins and maps into the EXE along with the config file to allow the user to download a single EXE file.
